Barolo Docg Raviole

Barolo Docg Raviole

Raviole takes its surprising and unique freshness from the soil of this vineyard located at 300 meters above sea level, facing south-west. The vines can count on alluvial soils that boost the liveliness and fruity character of this wine, while the good percentages of loam and clay translates in the glass into a strong finish that combines the freshness of violets with the sweetness of wild strawberries: a delicate structure but with a distinct personality.
