This freshness of Raviole is given by the land of its vineyard: in this hectare, at 300 meters a.s.l. facing south-west, the alluvial soils accentuate the vivacity and the fruity character of the vine, while the good percentages of limestone and clay present, result in the glass in finesse, intense aroma and in a delicate but well defined structure.
